Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Items that have been customized or personalized cannot be returned.

Return Process:

• Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at Tommy @abilene.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
• Return Shipping: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
• Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at Tommy@abilene.com so we can resolve the issue promptly. We will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a replacement or refund.
